Coach and Founder Kalman Csapo
Coach Kalman was the head coach and general manager of the PA Stoners, a professional team in the American Soccer League. He was also the head coach at Rutgers University, Moravian College, and Delaware Valley College. He is a former professional player and member of a US National team, coach of the year selectee, hall of fame inductee, holds a coaching license from USSF. Kalman formerly was an assistant coach at Penn State Schuylkill Haven Women’s Team and assistant varsity girls coach at Oley Valley High School.
Coach and Founder Stan Cieplinski (In Memoriam)
Coach Stan was a former coach at Albright College and at Longwood College in VA. He was the coach of both Reading United AC and Reading Rage Super 20. He is the former girls head coach at Oley Valley High School. Stan was named Mid Atlantic Division II coach of the year while at Longwood and has a National Advance Certificate from the National Soccer Coaching Association of America. He has a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University.
Coach Mark Pfeiffenberger
Coach Mark has over 20 years of coaching experience at club, premier and high school levels for both boys and girls soccer. Mark spent 6 years as head coach with Rage soccer club and 3 years as an assistant coach with FC Revolution soccer club. His High School coaching career has him at 5 years as head coach with Central Catholic Boys Soccer and 1 year at Berks Catholic. He spent 7 years as the assistant coach Central Catholic girls soccer and 6 as an assistant at Berks Catholic. Following that he was head coach of the girls soccer program at Berks Catholic High School up through 2023.
Coach Dan Stemko
Coach Dan has been coaching for EYSC since 2016. He carries a USSF National E Licenses along with US Level 1 and 2 Goalkeeper License. His past experience include Head Girls Varsity Coach at Kutztown High School from 2016-2023 where he was named coach of the year twice and Berks County All Division 4 coach of the year once. He currently is the Head Girls Varsity Coach at Berks Catholic High School.
Coach Paul Pedri
Coach Paul has over 20 years of coaching experience and carries a USSF National F Licenses along with Grassroots Licenses for 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, & 11v11. His coaching experience includes coaching at all levels, including former coaching at the Fleetwood District Middle School, and leading the u18 Boys to the 2023 Eastern Pennsylvania Challenges Cup victory. He played throughout his youth and at the collegiate level for Waynesburg University.
Coach Craig Ronco
Coach Craig has been coaching for EYSC since 2022. He has over 8 years of coaching experience at all age groups and carries USSF Grassroots Licenses for 7v7 & 11v11. He is currently the Head Girls Varsity Coach at Brandywine Heights High School which he has been for the past 2 years. Prior to his position at the BHHS he was the Head Coach of the BH Middle School girls team in 2022. In addition to his club and high school coaching he is the current President of the Topton Soccer Club youth program. Prior to his coaching he has had a life long passion for soccer, playing throughout his youth and at the collegiate level for Marywood University.
Coach Allyson Kemmerer
Coach Allyson has been coaching for EYSC since 2020. Additional coaching experiences include Assistant Varsity Girls Coach at Oley Valley High School and currently as the Assistant Girls Varsity Coach at Berks Catholic. As an Evergreen alumni she comes with great knowledge of the sport and the Club. Her high school playing career his highlighted by All Berks County team in 2017 and All Berks County second team in 2018.
Coach David Leinbach
Coach David has over 30 year of coaching experience and currently carries a USSF National C License along with State Coaching Licenses of E, F, and D. He is also a Certified Official under both USSF and PIAA. His coaching experience is vast working with multiple schools throughout his tenure including, Assistant Coach at Tamaqua HS, Head Girls Varsity Coach at Muhlenburg HS, Assistant Girl’s Varsity Coach and Head JV Coach at The Hill School, and Head Girls Varsity Coach at High Point Baptist Academy. During that time he helped to lead High Point Baptist to 3 League Championships, and The Hill School to 2 PA Independent School Championships and 2 MAPL League Championships. His Club experience primarily with Bucks-Mont United spanned through 1991-2007 where he helped guide multiple U15-U18 girls teams to indoor and outdoor Cup Finals claiming 3 championships in 2002,2003, & 2005. He has also been involved with and helped to support local soccer communities such as the Hamburg Soccer Club and Coventry Soccer Club.
