Coach and Founder Kalman Csapo

Coach Kalman was the head coach and general manager of the PA Stoners, a professional team in the American Soccer League. He was also the head coach at Rutgers University, Moravian College, and Delaware Valley College. He is a former professional player and member of a US National team, coach of the year selectee, hall of fame inductee, holds a coaching license from USSF. Kalman formerly was an assistant coach at Penn State Schuylkill Haven Women’s Team and assistant varsity girls coach at Oley Valley High School.

Coach and Founder Stan Cieplinski (In Memoriam)

Coach Stan was a former coach at Albright College and at Longwood College in VA.  He was the coach of both Reading United AC and Reading Rage Super 20.  He is the former girls head coach at Oley Valley High School.  Stan was named Mid Atlantic Division II coach of the year while at Longwood and has a National Advance Certificate from the National Soccer Coaching Association of America.  He has a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University.

Coach and Director Scott Burcik

Coach Scott is a former professional player with the Pennsylvania Stoners.  He was a 4 year starter at midfield and back in college achieving All-State and All-League status.  He graduated from Delaware Valley College and has a BS in Criminal Justice.  Scott is currently an assistant coach at Blue Mountain High School with the boys varsity team.

Coach Mick O’Neil

Coach O’Neil has coached his entire adult life. He played soccer for Kutztown High School then went on to play for Kutztown Soccer Club. He started coaching the Kutztown Middle School team right after high school for 10 years. He then went on to be the junior varsity and then head varsity boys soccer coach for 22 years at Kutztown High School. Mick holds numerous division titles, district and state appearances. He was district runner up in 2000 and champion in 2014. Mick presently is the head girls soccer coach for Hamburg High School.

Coach Mark Pfeiffenberger

Mark has over 20 years of coaching experience at club, premier and high school levels for both boys and girls soccer. Mark spent 6 years as head coach with Rage soccer club and 3 years as an assistant coach with FC Revolution soccer club.  His High School coaching career has him at 5 years as head coach with Central Catholic Boys Soccer and 1 year at Berks Catholic.  He spent 7 years as the assistant coach Central Catholic girls soccer and 6 as an assistant at Berks Catholic girls and is noow the head coach of the girls soccer program at Berks Catholic High School.

Coach Chris Redcay

Coach Redcay has been an Assistant Coach and Goal Keeper Coach for the Conrad Weiser High School Girls Soccer Team for the past 4 years. He was a starting varsity goalkeeper at Conrad Weiser High School. Chris was also a coach and commissioner for the Conrad Weiser Youth Soccer Club. Chris holds Level 1 and 2 Goalkeeping licenses from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America as well as E and Youth Certifications from EPYSA.

 

Coach Jordan Neiheiser

Jordan is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a Minor in Athletic Coaching. She held an intern position with Reading United andnwas the Game Operations intern for the Philadelphia Union.

Jordan has coached at York Country Day High School and is the head coach of the Oley Valley Middle School girls soccer team.
